Introduction

On June 15, 2016, CCFL initiated part one of a routine inspection by conducting an unscheduled inspection of the physical premise. The (Interim) Manager was off duty however, the staff on site agreed to accompany CCFL on the inspection. On June 22, 2016, CCFL returned to complete the remainder of the inspection and the Interim Manager was on site at the time.

The L.O. guide to data base coding was used for this inspection to determine compliance with the CCALA and the RCR.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

Policies and Procedures: In review of revised Emergency Plan it appears to be appropriate. However, there is a document in the same binder that appears outdated as it contradicts the policy. Please review and revise accordingly to provide clarity and consistency. Any other policies that have been revised appear to have very minor revisions.

Staff Records: As the interim Manager does not have access to staff documentation held on file, this portion of the inspection could not be completed.

All items as per the above noted guide appear to be in compliance with the CCALA and the RCR. As the signature block will not accept signature(s), hard copies were printed and signed.
