Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Facility was maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Temperature of cooler recorded at 3C
- Freezer at -19C
- Hot holding units were not in use at the time of inspection. Staff confirmed that units are pre-heated before storing hot potentially hazardous food in them.
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 2 comp dishwashing sink & 2 comp prep sink had supply of hot and cold water.
- High temp dishwasher reached 76C on dish surface during rinse cycle.
- Ecolab DBA based sanitizer found within the acceptable concentration range.
- All equipment & utensils were stored and maintained in sanitary condition.
- Dry storage room was well organized.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Staff confirmed that pest control company conducts routine checks.
- Temperature logs & sanitation logs were up to date. Good
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate.
- Permit was posted.
