-hot held gravy 68 deg C
-hot held congee 64 deg C

NOTE: these two menu items will no longer be cooled and re-heated the next day -any leftovers will be discarded as per operator

-no employees observed eating/drinking in food preparation areas
-wiping towels in bleach sanitizer between uses >100ppm chlorine residual
-Daily Temperature logs maintained for washer and fridges
-shelves have been re-adjusted >15cm off the ground -open bulk bags in rodent proof containers
-back exit no longer has a gap under door
-handsinks adequately stocked and clear for use
-live fish bucket has been removed -provided BCCDC guidelines for live fish tanks -operator will discontinue live fish tanks -bivalves only
-post Fetal Alcohol sign at women's public washroom as per City of Burnaby bylaw
