*Small undercounter fridge and freezer not functional/not in use. Food Service Supervisor reported these will be removed.
- Bleach present for manually warewashing sanitizing step. Bleach solution for sanitizing food contact surfaces mixed when concession is open. (Concession not open at time of inspection)
- No signs of pest activity present at time of inspection. Pest control contract in place
- Food Service Supervisor has copies of Foodsafe level 1 certificates and has reviewed to ensure all food service staff working on their own hold a valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate.
- Food Service Supervisor reported renovations may occur to premises. If changes to equipment or layout are proposed, plans must be submitted to Fraser Health for prior review and approval.
