Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A small piece of wire observed to be intertwined in on one cooking utensil (skimmer spoon) located in the utensil storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Piece of wire removed. Discussed use of wire vs. non-wire (e.g. nylon) scouring pads. Ensure utensils and equipment are stored in sanitary condition and free from debris/objects that could potentially contaminate food.
