Corrective Action(s): Piece of wire removed. Discussed use of wire vs. non-wire (e.g. nylon) scouring pads. Ensure utensils and equipment are stored in sanitary condition and free from debris/objects that could potentially contaminate food. Violation Score: 3

Routine health inspection. - Two-door upright cooler at 4 degrees C or less. - One-door upright freezer at -18 degrees C or less. - Food is covered. - Dry food storage satisfactory. - Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing. - Proper hand washing practices observed. - Bleach water sanitizer available at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine (bucket, spray bottle). - High temperature dishwasher measured at least 71 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (76 to 79 degrees C achieved). - Equipment and utensils in sanitary condition - No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
