Corrective Action(s): - Prepare solution by mixing one teaspoon of bleach in one litre water, prepare fresh solution everyday
- Store all your wiping cloths in a bucket with sanitizer solution maintained at 100ppm chlorine concentration

Operator proposed to add Ventless Deep Fryer. Following requirements must be met before approval is granted:

- Install a two compartment sink next to dishwasher
- Storage freezer is required for additional storage space
