Observation: Floors still need to be cleaned. Ensure all equipment is pulled out such that hard to reach areas can be properly cleaned. Clean floors around ovens. Area around mop sink needs to be cleaned as well.

Comments

- Most dry ingredient storage bins have been cleaned. Ensure to continue cleaning on a regular schedule.
- Ensure dough machine and prep tables are cleaned and sanitized after each use - do not leave dough machine dirty overnight.
- Cardboard no longer being used to line floors and racks
- Operator still needs to take FoodSafe refresher course by July 29, 2018. Email copy of temporary certificate to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca
