Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Staff member observed dropping take out container lid on the floor and placing it back into the supply area.
2) Scoops were stored in dry ingredient containers with handles in the ingredients.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Items which fall on the floor and considered contamination and cannot be reused. Item was discarded at the time of inspection.
2) Scoops must be stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. Scoops were removed from containers at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -17C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top) and 3C (bottom).
-Upright cooler was at 3C (kitchen).
-Front cooler was at 4C (dipping sauces).
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Grilled chicken was greater than 74C. Grilled burgers was greater than 71C.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods were probed at less than 4C in the walk-in cooler.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Sanitizer spray bottles were properly labelled and tested at 200ppm Quats.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser tested at 200ppm.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
