Restaurant operator is on site but restaurant is not open today. Before restaurant re-opens, call for an inspection. Large 2 door cooler is in use - air temperature is below 4 C - good. Hand washing sinks (kitchen and staff washroom) both have hot/cold water and liquid soap. Provide paper towels in staff washroom. Two sinks for utensil cleaning, one janitor sink, one kitchen hand sink and one staff washroom hand sink are available. Single Service(disposable) Utensils ONLY are to be used for customers. Keep bleach in kitchen. Customers are not allowed to enter the kitchen and therefore cannot use the staff washroom .Keep staff washroom door closed. Keep copies of your Food Safe certificates (must be taken recently and not more than 5 years ago), Food Safety Plan, and Sanitation Plan on site when open.
