Back area have food debris and other items on the floor. Some walk-in cooler have debris on the floor from crates and moving in and out of products. Corrective Action(s): Dairy cooler floor requires thorough cleaning. Remove mats in this cooler and clean debris underneath the mats. Back area and some walk-in coolers to be swept and mop. Violation Score: 9
