Comments

- Facility is now providing frozen curries to local retailers. Updated Food Safety Plan received at time of inspection - OK. Please email copies of product labels to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca.
- Continue submitting updated food safety plans and labels for approval if new menu items are to be added.

- Hand sinks were properly supplied
- Sanitizer solution in sanitizing sink, spray bottle, and bucket were tested to have 100 ppm - 200 ppm chlorine
- Walk-in cooler measured to be at 2C
- Walk-in freezer measured to be at -21C
- Dry storage areas satisfactory
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions (i.e., meat grinder, dough machine, ventilation canopy, can opener, and food storage bins)
- Pest control reports available for review. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
