Base of mop sink cabinet and interior stainless steel seams sealed as requested. Gaps in floor at electrical conduits behind upright cooler/freezer units sealed as requested. Quats in bucket and bleach in sink at acceptable concentrations and test strips for both available. Handwash stations good. coolers less than 4 C. Freezers below -18 C Hot holding units above 60 C. Lots of space to work/prep. Facility looks good!
