Violation Score: 5 301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine detected in the bucket solutions. All issues are being addressed. -Fruit files are being treated - Pest control is in place * Discussed the menu- no food preparation on site except reheating of soap and hot holding. Send me an up to date list menu and proposal with regard to food prep (off site or off business hours - exact hours must be indicated on the proposal) - submit a revised FoodSafety plan and sanitation plan.
