Observation: Build up of food debris and dirt noticed in the following areas of the kitchen
-Underneath and behind both small deep freezers
-Behind the white wooden storage cabinet in dry storage area
-Underneath the plastic storage shelf
-The exterior surfaces of the 4-burner range
-inside door rails in the slidign door cooler
Corrective Action(s): Remove all equipment to thoroughly clean the floor underneath and behind all equipment
-Remove grease build up from the drip pan underneath the deep fryers
-Remove grease build up from exterior surfaces of the range.
