Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer at adequate temperature. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine as per a test strip. 2 compartment sink fully equipped for manual dishwashing.
