Observation: Large amount of noodles in a gray plastic container stored on the kitchen shelf between a 3-compartment sink and cooking line at the time of inspection. The operator claimed that noodles at room temperature 20 minutes only.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Noodles must be stored in the cooler (< =4.0 C); and only small amount of noodles can be kept at room temperature (for 1.5 h).

Observation: Dirty shelves in the kitchen cooler (black mold).

Observation: A faucet for 3-compartment sink is too small. Only one (clean water compartment) can be filled with water. Detergent & Water and Hot Water or Chemical/Sanitizer compartments cannot.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Replace or repair the faucet that allow to fill all compartments of the kitchen sink for proper dishwashing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff/public washroom - no hot water in M-washroom (was turned off)/corrected at the time of inspection; No water in W-washroom (was turned off)/corrected at the time of inspection; however, a pipe under the sink is leaking.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that hot and cold running water's available all the time for the proper hand washing.

Note: No preparation sink in the premise.

Note: Small amount of meat was in the 3-compartment sink at the time of inspection /a clean water compartment/ - preparation was in the progress.

Friendly reminder: Ensure that paper towel is available all the time near front 2-compartment sink (absolutely no dishwashing at the front);
Recommendation: Single use utensils or take out containers only if 3-compartment sink is unavailable.
