Follow up inspection: Infractions corrected - Coolers in use are repaired and in working order. Walk in cooler at 0.2C ham, front deli display cooler at 2C roast beef. Daily monitoring and temperature in use and is now accurate. Counter cooler is empty, not in use and awaiting parts. Do not use this unit until it can hold temperatures at 4C or below. Kitchen hand washing sink is fully stocked and in use. Facility now in compliance.
