Routine:
-General sanitation of premises is satisfactory. Shelves where food is stored/displayed are kept clean and organized.
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection. Operator reported Pest Control Technician is on-site twice per year.
-Hot and cold running water present. Liquid soap and paper towel present at sink in back storage/repackaging area and staff washroom. Only dry goods are being portioned/re-packaged. Labels indicate contents.
-Bleach present for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
-Walk-in cooler was at 3C
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C
*Replace fluorescent bulbs in re-packaging area with ones that have built in shatterproof sleeve or install cover over fixture to prevent any contamination of open foods should a bulb shatter.
