Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # MDIL-BE7RBL of Jul-18-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher is not functioning adequately. Dishes / utensils being used without sanitizing. Correction: Manager agreed to use single serve utensils only. All cooking and serving utensils must be washed and sanitized manually. Manual dishwashing discussed with the manager. Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # MDIL-BE7RBL of Jul-18-2019 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: High temperature dishwasher has not functioned adequately since April 26,2019. Correction: Technician was on site on April 26,2019. Technician recommended installing a new dishwasher and new dishwasher was not installed. Install a new dishwasher by July 23,2019.
