Routine inspection conducted. The following observations were made:

1. Temperatures (Max: 4C for coolers, -18C for freezers)
- All coolers maintained at 4C or below
- Chest freezer at -20C
- Cooler units equipped with thermometers
- No hot-holding on-site

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Handwash station adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Two-compartment sink shared with handwash station used for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing utensils
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer spray bottle available on-site
- Single-service utensils and containers securely stored in sanitary condition
- Barbeque stored in back of facility maintained in sanitary condition

3. Storage
- All food items elevated at least 6" off floor, covered with food-grade tight-fitting lid
- Dry storage items securely stored on shelving

4. Pests
- No signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection

5. Administrative
- Operator has FoodSafe 1
- Permit posted
