Observation: Freezer units along wall are not in operating condition. Parts have been ordered and are to be installed. Foods temporarily stored at Mostafa Coffee House (same owner) two units down the street.
Corrective Action(s): This is only a temporary measure. Freezers must be repaired. Date to be corrected by: 1 month.

General:
- handwashing station is stocked
- coolers measured 4C or colder
- freezers measured -18C or colder
- retail coolers: 4C or colder
- retail freezers: -18C or colder except the ones noted above
- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine - ensure staff do not accidentally use other cleaning chemicals
- discussed washing and sanitizing meat slicer with operator - must be done every 4 hours minimum

Note: meat in the sink is to be thrown away as per staff due to odour
