Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink in the bar area is missing paper towels.
Hand washing sink in food prep area had items inside the sink at time of inspection rendering it from being available for employee use.
Make sure all hand washing stations are unobstructed and easily accessible as well as stocked with soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water

Observation: Plastic cup used for scooping ice in basement storage ice machine. There is no handle so touching the plastic container can lead to cross contamination. Do not use plastic cup, instead use a scooper with a handle and do not leave it dispersed in the ice with the handle making contact with the ice.

Observation: Cooler beneath food prep counter not able to keep the required temperature below or at 4C.
This will lead to temperature abuse and pathogen growth.
Monitor this cooler to make sur ethe temperature is not over 4C for longer than 2 hours because the food will have to be discarded.
