Observation: Under counter cooler in front measured at 7.5 degree C at the time of inspection. Operator moved packaged foods stored in the cooler to the walk in cooler. This unit is to be looked at for potential maintenance.
Correction: Please ensure not to store hazardous food in this unit until the unit can maintaine temperature at or below 4C.
