Public Comments General sanitation - satisfactory. All coolers (walk in, display) < or = to 4 C. Food is stored safely (covered, off the floor, and organized on storage shelves). Freezer (chest, upright) < or = to -18 C. Fan hood - clean. Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer/Bleach - available. Note: Please do chlorine solution as soon as the business is open; must be at 100 ppm. Dry storage area is satisfactory. One staff washrooms is open for service - clean; liquid soap and paper towel - available. Kitchen hand sink and two-compartment sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Note: The staff is cleaning the premice at the time of inspection (in the walk-in cooler, chest freezer, and back area of the facility).
