-Handwash sinks adequately stocked and clear for use -handwash signs provided to be posted
-Handwash sink in meat cutting room -the hose will now be attached to the preparation sinks moving forward
-Wooden cutting block has been shaved down -you will need to do this on a regular basis
**NOTE: there were two outer sections of the wooden cutting block that need to be sealed -do not cut around those areas until it is sealed
-Cardboard floor liners not observed -rubber washable mats in use -good
