Observation: Front below counter cooler not properly cold holding. Temperature at 8 to 10c. No PHF's stored inside. Non PHF's relocated to walk in cooler.
Wire rack shelving inside walk in cooler observed with paint peeling/flaking and rusting
Glue board on UV fly trap observed with heavy fly build up.
Corrective Action(s): Repair under counter cooler and donot use until repaired.
Wire rack shelving will need to be replaced
Replace glue board in UV fly trap.
