Note: Only food items processed is noodles. General sanitation is satisfactory. Handwashing stations stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. Note: Domestic refrigerations. Coolers < or = to 4C Freezers < or = to -18C Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 100 ppm bleach solution. Surface sanitizer was available in plastic bin with presoaked cloth at 100 ppm bleach sanitizer. Dry storage area is good (in containers with lids). No signs of pest activity. FOODSAFE level 1 completed (Exp. 2024).
