Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High temperature dishwasher not working properly. Only 60deg C achieved after rinse cycle

2) in the meantime, use dishwasher to wash dishes with detergent/water and rinse dishes
3) fill one of your 2 compartments in the 2 comp sink with a mixture of bleach and water (1/2 tsp bleach per 1 liter of water) and use this to fully submerse and sanitize dishes
