Gauge on tankless tank still showing 140F. New hand wash station installed but missing liquid soap and paper towel dispensers Protective shattershield covers observed missing on fluorescent light fixtures in the warwashing area. Corrective Action(s): Contact techician to have system serviced. Install liquid soap and paper towel dispensers at the hand sink. Replace covers or replace bulbs that are shatterproof. Operator stated he will replace with LED light fixtures. Violation Score: 15
