Routine inspection conducted.

Observations:
- Hand washing stations maintained. Staff hand washing noted during inspection. Use of single use gloves discussed.
- All coolers including walk in cooler measured at or below 4 degree C. Walk -in freezer measured at or below -18C. Temperature monitoring kept updated.
- Soup in hot holding unit measured at or above 60 degree C.
- QUATS sanitizer 200-400 ppm available in sani buckets and wiping cloths stored in the solution.

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
-- 3- comp sink maintained. water faucet noted difficult to operate. You may consider repairing this faucet.
-- Mechanical high temp dishwasher registered at 81 C at the plate level. Minimum 71C required for the final rinse water.
-- Food storage noted proper. Food stored above floor. Pest proof bins noted.
-- Garbage management noted. Bins observed maintained with lid closed.
-- Ice maker noted well maintained. Ice well in front kept clean.
-- No obvious sign of pest noted. Fly control strips noted.
