Observation: Prep cooler closest to the walk-in cooler and centre unit were both greater than 4C. Cooler units are scheduled to be serviced on Saturday. Currently food items are stored on ice.
Corrective Action(s): Service cooler unit to ensure it can maintain 4C or less at all times. If inserts of food are stored on ice, ensure ice or ice/water mixture completely surrounds inert.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to August 21, 2017.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods are now cooled properly. Items in the cooler were probed at less than 4C.
-Bar handwash station equipped with a proper soap dispenser.
*Large black rodent bait box is still located in the dishwashing area. If bait station has poisons, it must be removed from the facility.
