>>> Please have technician come in to double check main display cooler with all the deli meats and cheeses. Defrost cycle was reading 9-10C.
- All freezers measure -18C and below
- All QUAT sanitizer in buckets measure 200ppm and also at dispenser
- No signs of pests
- General sanitation is good
- Temperature log is maintained
