Reason for Investigation - Care and supervision
Report of Findings
On August 7th, 2019, Community Care Facilities Licensing received a concern regarding care and supervision. The following details were provided:

- inappropriate guidance and harmful actions towards children

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews, and a facility file review.

Licensing determined the following contraventions:

- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 19(1)(b) Character and skill requirements
- CCLR section 19(1)(c) Character and skill requirements
- CCLR section 19(4)(a) Character and skill requirements
- CCLR section 51(1)(a) Behavioural guidance
- CCLR section 56(1)(b) Community care facility records and policies
