Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (
1. Ice machine has accumulation of mould growth on back and from where ice is dispensed.
2. Vertical water dispenser has some grime and debris under the propellers.
3. Cutter has some food debris underneath the slicer.)
Comments

Follow-up Inspection:
- Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized on the inside. Ice machine can now be used again.
- Vertical water dispenser and cutter have also been cleaned and sanitized.
- General sanitation is excellent.
- Second washroom door handle has been replaced and now washroom is back in use.
- Back area hand washing station was accessible at the time of inspection.
- White "Frigidaire" freezer is now stable.

Thank you for your efforts.

The following still requires your attention:
- Proper scoops are still to be ordered for dry storage products.
Drink cups are no longer used. Single-use spoons are used temporarily until proper scoops are purchased.
