Follow-up Inspection: - Low temperature dishwasher has been serviced and is now sanitizing dishes with 100 ppm chlorine. - Ensure to put all dishes through the dishwasher again as it was unknown for how long the dishwasher was not dispensing sanitizer. - Operator has informed that a team meeting was held regarding food safety principles, and further training will take place.
