Routine Inspection conducted today. At the time of inspection coffee, slushie machine not in use. Ice cream freezer temporary removed until they outsource supplier. Staff handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Bulk bleach available for manual washing. 2-compartment sink available. Stand-up cooler measured at 3C. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
