Premise assembles Indian style paan Ingredients stored in clean, pest proof containers Hand sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water **Please remove reusable towels at hand washing station Leaves for folding in ingredients currently in storage wrapped in news paper **News paper is not a food grade product, and the ink contaminates the leaves. Please use food grade materials only Note all spoons, scoops, spatulas, etc must be treated as food contact surfaces. This means they have to be washed, rinsed, then sanitized after use Bleach can be used as a sanitizer by mixing 1tsp of bleach to 1 litre of water. Also use this to wipe up your preparation table Note: your lime paste (small tubes with green tops) state "for religious purposes only" - only use food grade lime
