Ingredients stored in clean, pest proof containers
Hand sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
**Please remove reusable towels at hand washing station
Leaves for folding in ingredients currently in storage wrapped in news paper
**News paper is not a food grade product, and the ink contaminates the leaves. Please use food grade materials only

Bleach can be used as a sanitizer by mixing 1tsp of bleach to 1 litre of water. Also use this to wipe up your preparation table
