Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BAWSHL:
Code 402: still pending. RE: Food Safe Certification to kitchen staffs.
Code 308: Frost still observed on the air slits in under-counter cooler at the bar. No potentially hazardous foods kept in cooler at time of inspection. Do not use cooler until repair completed. Correction order still in place. Staff indicated that the repair person was not able to confirm when he can come. Staff must look into other options to have the cooler repaired immediately to prevent further progressive enforcement, including getting a ticket. Contact your EHO once repairs are completed.
