Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar area multi beverage dispenser holder soiled with mildew.
Corrective Action(s): Operator cleaned and sanitzed the holder with 200ppm quats at the time of inspection. Clean and sanitize the holder on a daily basis to prevent buildup of mildew.
