Staff have obtained FOODSAFE level 1 certification or equivalent and certificates were posted for inspection - good Back area dish drying rack has been replaced - good Mochi topping no longer being sold. Operator is considering adding them to the hot holder and maintaining them at >60C - good. Operator must update food safety plan and submit it for review prior to implementing policy change. Fraser Health operating permit not posted, operator has paid for permit fee and is awaiting on a new permit. Ensure that when the permit is received it is posted in conspicuous view of the public.
