Routine inspection conducted. - Temperature: Freezer in the back at -18C Front cooler at 3C Cooler in the dining area at 4C Freezer compartment in dining area at -18C Freezers downstairs at -22C, -19C & -14C - 2 compartment sink available and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 73.6C on plate level during rinse cycle. - 200ppm bleach solution recorded in the sanitizer spray bottle. - Food storage practices were excellent. - Dry storage room was well organized. - No signs of pest activity observed. - Permit posted at the front. - Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 (Exp Jan 5, 2024) Your FS Level 1 certificate is expiring soon.
