Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Low temperature dishwasher registering 0ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
Correction: Service the low temperature dishwasher and ensure it is capable of sanitizing dishes/utensils with 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Once serviced rewash all dishes and utensils.

Reminder that when premise is in operation a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is avaialble for use at all times at the kitchen, servery, and bar. General sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
