Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Observed staff member dip two stainless inserts in sanitizer solution. Inserts were not fully immersed and soaked for 60 sec according to posted procedures and inserts were not air dried.
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure proper warewashing procedures, including soaking time and air drying, are followed to ensure dishes are effectively sanitized and allowed to air dry. Review procedures with staff.

- Coolers operating and freezers were operating at acceptable temperatures:

- Prep cooler (front service area) 4C
- Prep cooler (drive thru) 3C
- Raw meat patty cooler 4C
- Single door reach in cooler 4C
- Walk-in freezer (outside) -19C

- Hot holding of potentially hazardous food was at acceptable temperatures (60C or above)

- Quats sanitizer in 3 compartment sink measured 200ppm.
- Quats sanitizer in buckets, with wiping cloths, measured 200ppm
- Ice machine appeared clean/maintained
- Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing procedures for Frosty machines. Machines are cleaned and sanitized daily. Kay sanitizer is used.
- No signs of pests noted at the time of the inspection. Pest control contract with monthly service in place.
- Managers have all completed Foodsafe level 1 equivalent (Restaurants of Canada). A Manager is present at all times. Copies of certificates present on-site.
