Follow-up inspection Owner was not on-site at the time of inspection. Spoke with owner via phone regarding the following: -Pre-packaged food purchased off-site do not have proper labels (ingredients, best before date, batch number). Correct immediately. -A copy of the sanitation plan should be on-site so staff can follow it. Sanitation plan must include information about cleaning/sanitizing agents and a cleaning schedule. -FOODSAFE requirements - there must be a FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent certiified person on-site at all times. An in-person meeting to be held with operator and Environmental Health Officer. *Sanitizer spray bottle was filled with Quats solution however, it was dispensing 0 ppm for Quats. Note, old solution must be sprayed out before you are able to use the fresh solution.
