Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable slicer was found to have some lettuce debris from use the previous day.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after use. Vegetable cutter was cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Sandwich prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under grill cooler was at 2C.
-Smoothie cooler was at 1C.
-Front drink cooler (dairy) was at 1C.
-Upright freezer was at -20C.
-Chest freezer was at -15C.
-Smoothie freezer was at -12C.
-Thermometers present in cold holding units. Temperatures checked and recorded 4 times daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Bleach tested at 100ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Proper single use glove practices observed at the time of inspection.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was properly labelled and tested at 200ppm
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection. Addition cleaning required under the fan area in the sandwich prep cooler.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Staff FoodSafe Level 1 valid until December 1, 2023.
