Follow-up inspection performed in response to Complaint inspection CSWY-BWEVKB - Manager unable to get response from supplier concerning 900 ml of Dosa Batter. Please provide label and manufacturer information is submitted via email to EHO before Wednesday, Jan 20, 2021. - Refrigeration temperatures < 4°C - No products past expiry date observed at time of inspection - food product no longer stored directly on floor - walk-in cooler floor, wall and ceiling cleaned - some cleaning completed under shelving in front store area - cardboard used to line walk-in cooler shelving removed NOTE - COVID safety plan posted updated with customized plan for facility No signature provided due to Covid-19.
