-General sanitation overall is satisfactory -Coolers and freezer temperatures good. Discussed one of the coolers is not functional (peppers stored here). -Pest control present on site. Reviewed recent pest control report and no concerns. Discussed back door in loading bay area should be closed as much as possible to prevent possible pest entry.
