Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Boxed product observed on metal trolley at time of inspection. Staff stated some products were meant for stocking into upright freezers. Two boxes were for thawing/slacking.

4. Tape/cardboard build up on walls and floor of walk-in freezer
5. Seed and bread crumb build up observed under shelving (bread and storage wall between mechanical dishwasher and meat department)
Corrective Action(s): All identified areas need to be cleaned regularly. Recommended to maintain cleaning schedule and checklist to ensure all areas are properly cleaned.
