Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement.
-Food storage practice satisfactory but could be organized better.
-100-200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Front servery satisfactory. No issues observed from this area.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-Washroom handsinks equipped properly.

NOTE: Rycyling bins/boxes placed at the back of the kitchen at this time. Ensure all are removed from the area today.
General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory. Ensure to clean and organize tools on a regular basis to keep the sanitation level up.
