Observation: Rodent droppings noted at the back kitchen area. Multiple glue traps set up at the area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all rodent droppings at the back kitchen area. Continue monitor the activities and contact professional pest control if the problem continues. Correct by: May 25, 2023.

Observation: Door for the under counter cooler was broken off and fell down when opened. The door was still able to be closed and maintain the cooler at 4C.

- High temperature dishwasher registered 74C at plate level.
- Food safe requirement met.
- Temperature records sporadically maintained. Ensure temperature records are maintained on a daily basis.
